Thank you for shopping with us! While we strive hard for every item to reach you in perfect condition, we understand that there may be some exceptions where the item purchased may be defective.
Generally, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item purchased is defective.
Our return policy is valid for 7 days upon delivered date. Any items returned after 7 days from delivered date are not eligible for exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- - Items must be in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging.
- - Items must have no signs of misuse or tampering.
- - Items purchased must not be on promotional or discount campaigns.
To initiate a return or exchange:
- 1. Send an email to email@example.com with subject “Return Product”. Please include your order ID/original receipt, pictures and reason for return/exchange.
- 2. Once verified on our end, we will issue you a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number and you can ship the item back to us with the stated RMA number. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged shipments. Kindly note that any additional shipping fees will be borne by you.
- 3. Upon receipt of your returned item, we will inspect and update you on the exchange status. Items that have been approved for exchange will be sent to you with a one-time shipping cost borne by Microtube Technologies. Depending on where you live, the time taken for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
