Questions.

Which ARIS app is for me?
ARIS Go if you want guided plans and simple rep counts, with one band or two. It is on Google Play now. ARIS PRO, coming soon, is for lifters who train by numbers: velocity, power and estimated 1RM.
Where do I wear the band?
On the upper arm for upper-body lifts, or the thigh for lower-body ones. From those two spots it tracks around 95% of stationary workouts.
Does it work on iPhone?
Not yet. The ARIS apps are on Android.
What happens to my data?
The band’s raw signal stays on your phone. There are no ads and no tracking. See the ARIS PRO and ARIS Go privacy notices.
Is ARIS a medical device?
No. ARIS is a training tool. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.
Can we build our own app with ARIS?
Yes. You can use the ARIS band and its data in your own app or product, and we help you integrate it. Teams, clinics, labs and product partners also work with us on new uses for the band. Get in touch.
