The short version. Use ARIS Go and this website sensibly and lawfully. ARIS Go is a training tracker, not a medical device, and nothing it shows you is medical advice. We have built it carefully but we cannot promise it is perfect, and there are limits on what we are liable for.
These terms are between you and Microtube Technologies Pte. Ltd. (UEN 201838271G), 15 Kent Ridge Crescent, Singapore. They cover the microtube.tech website and the ARIS Go mobile app. By using either, you accept them; if you do not, please do not use them.
ARIS Go is for adults. Creating an account requires a phone number or email address you control, and you are responsible for what happens under your account — including keeping access to the number or address the sign-in code is sent to. Tell us at hello@microtube.tech if you think someone else is using it.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account, or by asking us to. We may suspend or close an account that is being used to break these terms or the law.
This matters, so we will be plain about it. ARIS Go is a fitness and strength-training tracker. It records what you do, counts repetitions and shows you your own numbers back. It is not a medical device, it is not registered as one, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent anything.
Talk to a doctor or a qualified professional before starting a training programme, especially if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or surgery, or have a heart, joint or blood-pressure condition. Stop and get help if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. You train at your own risk, and you are responsible for exercising within your own limits.
If you accept a coach’s invitation inside the app, you are choosing to share your training data with that coach — see the app privacy notice for exactly what they can see. A coach is an independent person or business, not us. We do not supervise the advice they give and we are not responsible for it.
Please do not: use the app or site unlawfully; try to break into, overload or probe our systems or other people’s accounts; take the app apart, decompile it or work around its technical protections except where the law says you may; scrape or bulk-download our content; or resell any part of the service.
The app, the website, our software, designs, text, images and the ARIS, HEXR and FLEXR names are ours or our licensors’. You may use them only as part of using the service normally. The training data you record stays yours — we hold it to run the service for you, as set out in the app privacy notice, and you can take it out or delete it whenever you like.
The ARIS band is sold under its own terms of sale and whatever warranty came with it; nothing here replaces those, and nothing here affects the consumer rights you have by law. The app needs a compatible phone with Bluetooth, and features that depend on the band need a working, charged, paired band.
We are still developing ARIS Go, and we may add, alter or withdraw features. We will not remove something significant without a good reason, and we will always leave you a way to export or delete your data.
We provide the website and the app as they are. We do not promise they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every measurement will be accurate. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties.
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not let us limit. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost or corrupted data, and our total liability to you is limited to the greater of what you have paid us in the previous 12 months or SGD 100.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction — without taking away any right you have to bring a claim where you live.
If we change them we will update this page and the date at the top. If a change matters, we will say so in the app. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
